Feedloop Privacy Policy

Feedloop is an operations tool for hog barn feed monitoring, built by Halstead Partners. This page describes what information Feedloop collects and how it’s used.

What we collect

• Name and phone number.An operation’s admin enters these when setting up your account. Your name identifies you in the app; a phone number, if provided, lets an admin text you a sign-in code if you lose it.
• Sign-in codes and session tokens. Used only to keep you signed in. Not linked to any other identity provider or account.
• Push notification token.If you allow notifications, your device registers a token with Apple’s or Google’s push service so Feedloop can send you alerts. It isn’t used for anything else.
• Farm operational data.Feed levels, bin readings, and alert history for the barns you’re assigned to, sourced from your operation’s BinSentry account. This is data about equipment and feed, not about you personally.

What we don’t collect

Feedloop does not collect your location, contacts, photos, or browsing history, and doesn’t read data from other apps on your device. We don’t use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We don’t sell or share your data with advertisers — there are none in this product.

Who can see it

Admins of your operation and Feedloop’s operator can see your account information. Your own visibility into barn data is scoped to the barns you’re assigned to — you don’t see the rest of the operation unless you’re an admin.

How long we keep it

Your account and its data are kept as long as you’re part of an active operation on Feedloop. An admin can remove you at any time, which deletes your account and access.
